Our flexible letting offer is perfect if you need short term accommodation…and certainly beats living in a hotel for weeks on end!
Who can stay?
Anyone! Singles, couples and families have benefitted from our flexible letting offer. You might be on the verge of a property sale falling through and want to sell before you buy. Or perhaps you have to move out of your home temporarily whilst improvements and renovations are made.
We know from experience that there are lots of people who need less than the usual minimum six month tenancy.
Our hassle-free option means that you don’t have to open utility accounts, set up new Sky and broadband accounts, set up a new Council Tax account…then close them all down again!
How does it work?
Unlike a normal tenancy, there is no referencing and no application fee to pay. You simply tell us how long you want to stay and pay upfront. There is a minimum charge of the equivalent of one month’s stay. But you can stay any number of nights (30, 41, 65, whatever!) rather than having to book in blocks of a month at a time.
If you need to extend your stay whilst you’re with us, that’s fine.
We do ask for a security deposit, in the same way that you would be expected to pay a deposit on a usual tenancy agreement (and, indeed, when checking into a hotel).
What’s included?
Fully furnished – It’s a fully furnished home, with a fully equipped kitchen. All appliances, pots, pans, cups and saucers…everything is included.
All bills – Utilities, water, Wifi and Council Tax are all included in the monthly rate.
Cleaning – Weekly cleaning is included. Optional additions are available from our team – including more frequent cleaning and laundry services.
What’s not included?
Perishables – Food and other perishable items, such as bathroom toiletries and kitchen items such as washing-up liquid, washing powder or kitchen towels.
Storage – Sorry, but your own furniture isn’t able to be stored at the property.
