A little bit about our heritage, our ethos and our wider group
The Birchover Residences is a collection of luxury apartment-hotels based in Derby, Nottingham and West Bridgford – all in the East Midlands.
The Residences are renowned for the superb quality of service that we provide, the beautiful furnishings and the flexible range of accommodation.
We have 50 apartments ranging from Studios through 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. The apartment-hotels are primarily located in city centre locations in stunning converted Georgian and Victorian properties. We do have some suburban properties and our luxury Bridgford Hall apartments are located above a grand wedding venue. Bridgford Hall is perfect for wedding guests and anyone wishing to visit the beautiful West Bridgford or Nottingham area.
We are a family owned business and are really proud of the close relationships and customer focus that our team have with guests. Carl and Lisa Bridge have operated The Residences since 2008, having taken on a business which has been operating since 1997. So we turn 20 this year!

The Birchover Residences is part of the Birchover group of companies. Our motto is that “We work hard, but we cuddle harder”.
Our team can also provide orientation tours, home searches, school searches, VISA and immigration support, check-in and check-out services. We also offer assistance with many other aspects of home moves including removals, booking flights, hotels and settling-in services such as setting up utility bills, satellite TV and broadband, mobile phone contracts, bank accounts, etc.

Birchover Sales and Lettings is a fresh, new breed of estate agency. Whilst we’re a brand new company, we have superb experience and expertise – and a huge desire to be market leaders. We’ll do this by offering innovative products and truly exceptional customer service. Our leadership team have enjoyed many successful years of property sales and lettings in the East Midlands, with a key focus on the Derby and Derbyshire market. We are renowned for our skill in valuation and negotiations, having previously managed branches for some of Derby’s biggest and most successful companies.
